North Withlacoochee

The North Withlacoochee River starts just west of Valdosta, GA and generally flows south a little over a hundred miles until it reaches the Suwannee River. The river contains several small shoals that do not pose much of a threat as long as you keep your eyes open. The Withlacoochee flows into the Suwannee a short distance downriver from the Suwannee River State Park.
